- Pay first half of first session on or before October 1, 2008 and pay second half of first session on or before November 19, 2008

- Pay first half of second session on or before February 2, 2009 and pay second half of second session on or before March 9, 2009

- If you cannot be present the night of the league, please notify us 48 hours in advance.  If several members are absent and have given us ample notice, we are able the rent out all remaining simulators to other customers

- A new course is picked at random 1 week in advance

- Conditions of the greens are picked at random before the start of Wednesday's league

- Everyone plays the same course with the same conditions

- There are contests for "longest drive" and "closest to the pin" (holes for the contests are chosen before the start of Wednesday's league

- Winners of the contests win a prize

- Current members have established a handicap, new members establish a handicap after 3rd game

- Handicaps are recalculated on a weekly basis (your average score based on the past 10 weeks )

- Person who beats their handicap by the most on any particular week, wins 1st place, which is rewarded with 150 points.  2nd place receives 145, 3rd place receives 140, etc...

- If you cannot be present the night of the league and advise us at least 48 hours in advance, you can make it up anytime during the course of the session, but will receive a penalty of 12 points.  Maximum 3 makeup games per session

- The person with the most accumulated points at the end of the session wins a prize

- A session ending tournament will determine all prize winners

- Most important point "Have Fun ! ! ! ! ! !"
